Meet Torie
Hi, I'm Torie, the owner of TLH Services.
I've spent years working behind the scenes of small businesses — managing everything from day-to-day operations and customer systems to bookkeeping, invoicing, marketing, and the unexpected problems that come with running a growing company.
TLH grew from seeing the same thing happen over and over: business owners become so busy doing the work that the business around the work becomes harder and harder to manage.
That's where I come in. I help identify what's creating unnecessary work, build better systems around it, and provide ongoing support where it makes sense — without taking control of the parts of your business you want to keep yours.

How we work.
We start by listening.
Before we recommend anything, we want to understand your business — how you get customers, how you manage jobs, where things are breaking down, and what's taking up time that shouldn't be.
We build around your operation.
There are no preset packages here. What we build for a landscaping company looks different from what we build for a concrete contractor. Services are scoped to what your business actually needs.
We keep it practical.
We're not going to put you on a complicated platform you'll never use or hand you a 40-page process manual. Everything we build is designed to be used by a real business with real time constraints.
We're in it for the long run.
Some clients bring us in for a one-time overhaul and take it from there. Others keep us on for ongoing support. Either way, the goal is the same: a business that runs more smoothly than it did before.
What we're not.
TLH is not a virtual assistant service, a receptionist, a call center, or a traditional marketing agency. We don't replace your field team, your estimators, or your customer-facing staff. We work in the background — on the systems, records, and processes that support everything else.
